• Maintains current knowledge of People Practices policies and programs.
• Adheres to case documentation and audit requirements.
• Triages inquiries for appropriate handling and ensures follow-up to resolution.
• Utilizes Workday, ServiceNow, and related systems to support transactions and troubleshoot basic issues.
