Omm IT Solutions in the United States is seeking a Business/System Analyst to drive data-informed decisions by aligning HR systems with organizational needs.

You will partner with HR leaders to deliver workforce insights using Workday Prism and Power BI, and lead requirements for HR technology initiatives.

This 100% remote role requires 3+ years in HR analytics or business analysis and a solid understanding of HR data domains.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in people analytics, HR systems, or business analysis within a mid-size organization.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and data domains.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for HR tech initiatives (Workday preferred).
• Experience in HRIS platforms and analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Workday Prism and Power BI.
• Translate people data into actionable insights for workforce planning.
• Collaborate with HRBP and leaders to identify reporting needs and deliver analyses.
• Monitor data quality and governance across systems.
• Lead intake and prioritization of HR system requirements.
• Assist in go-live readiness and post-implementation reviews.
• Support change management and training for analytics tools.
