The NBA is seeking a People Analytics Analyst to support the HR reporting portfolio and administer surveys. You will drive reporting for global groups, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to update dashboards and reports.

You will also help align development programs with employee growth priorities, assist with year-end HR activities, and ensure confidential handling of data. This role is hybrid with a remote option one day per week.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in survey administration or HR analytics.
• 2-3 years’ experience on an HR team.
• 2-3 years’ experience working in an HRIS capacity.
• Experience administering employee surveys in CultureAmp or a comparable tool.
• Experience producing recurring reports from HR data.

Aufgaben

• Administer employee surveys from participant lists, stakeholder collaboration, and distribution through reminders and response tracking.
• Build and distribute survey reporting for global groups using People Analytics standards and confidentiality thresholds.
• Partner with internal cross-team stakeholders to identify and execute on requirements for report and dashboard updates.
• Support skills and learning initiatives by analyzing engagement and workforce data to identify development needs and partnering with L&D to align programs with employee growth priorities.
• Consistently audit dashboard data integrity and security with IT and recommend improvements to user experience.
• Partner with HRIS and IT to support year-end performance, compensation planning, talent review, and other HR initiatives.
