Distro, a leading Human Capital Management organization, is seeking a driven Sales Executive with a hunter mentality and proven B2B sales success. This remote role focuses on selling PEO/ASO and HR solutions to business owners and executives, managing the full sales cycle from lead to close.

You will build referral partnerships, conduct compelling presentations, and contribute to a high-velocity, quota-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Familiarity with HCM, PEO, payroll, or SaaS industries preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new business.
• Sell PEO/ASO and HR solutions to business owners and executives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
• Build referral partnerships with brokers and strategic partners.
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations.
