Job summary

Paychex is seeking a dynamic Sales professional to expand our PEO product and service offerings. This role will focus on developing new clients, increasing the client base, and driving profitability within the PEO Sales organization.

The position involves remote selling to a country-wide market, collaboration with HR Services, onboarding coordination, and ongoing CRM management to forecast and close opportunities. Travel may be required for conferences and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of outside sales experience or Paychex PEO experience.
• Experience with employee benefits, HR, or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze prospects' needs and interests, refer to the right sales partner for client satisfaction.
• Present Paychex PEO products and services to decision makers and end users to achieve sales goals.
• Sell PEO products remotely to service prospects nationwide and increase sales.
• Partner with local HR Services Sales Representatives to boost PEO referrals.
• Collaborate with the COA to ensure successful onboarding and expedite issue resolution.
• Create, manage, and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce; provide accurate forecasts.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on PEO services and processes.
• Complete new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports on time.
