Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced sales professional to expand our PEO client base across the United States. You will analyze client needs, present Paychex PEO solutions to key decision makers, and drive growth through remote and field sales.

Responsibilities include managing opportunities in Salesforce, collaborating with HR services teams, onboarding clients efficiently, and maintaining accurate forecasts. Travel to conferences and trainings may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of Outside sales experience or Paychex PEO experience.
• Experience with employee benefits, HR, and/or training is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Analyze prospects' needs and interests to determine appropriate products and refer to the correct sales partner.
• Present Paychex PEO products to decision makers and end users to meet sales goals.
• Sell PEO products remotely to service prospects countrywide and increase sales and profits.
• Partner with local HR Services Sales Representatives to increase referral opportunities.
• Collaborate with the COA to ensure successful onboarding and resolve client issues promptly.
• Create and manage accounts, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce and provide accurate forecasts.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on PEO services and processes.
• Submit new business paperwork and weekly activity reports on time.
• Develop technical and sales knowledge to stay a market leader.
• Willingness to travel for conferences or training as needed.
