Job summary

Paychex is seeking a high-energy Outside Sales professional to grow the PEO customer base and drive revenue in a national market. You will develop new client relationships, present PEO solutions, and collaborate with colleagues to maximize onboarding success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include remote nationwide sales, leveraging Salesforce for pipeline management, and coordinating with HR Services teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 3 years of experience in Outside sales and/or Paychex PEO experience
• 3 years of experience in experience with employee benefits, HR, and/or training (helpful)

Responsibilities

• Analyzing prospects' needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate and referring to the correct sales partner to ensure client satisfaction.
• Presenting Paychex PEO products and services to final decision makers and end users to achieve sales goals.
• Sells PEO products remotely to service prospects country-wide to increase sales and profits.
• Partners with local HR Services Sales Representatives to increase PEO referral opportunities within markets.
• Partners with the COA to ensure a successful onboarding to the PEO and expediting resolution of client problems or complaints.
• Create, manage, and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce and provide accurate sales activity and forecasts.
• Expedites the resolution of client problems or complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on PEO services and processes.
• Completes and submits accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports.
• Develops technical, competitive, and sales skills knowledge to ensure the company remains a market leader.
• May travel outside of geographical territory for conferences, training, and meetings.
