Job summary

Paychex is hiring for a field-facing PEO Sales role that develops new clients and expands the PEO client base across the country. You will present PEO products, drive revenue, and collaborate with HR services teams to optimize onboarding and referrals.

Responsibilities include managing accounts in Salesforce, forecasting activity, and attending partner meetings. Travel may be required to support regional and national events as part of sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of Outside sales and/or Paychex PEO experience.
• 3 years of experience in Experience with employee benefits, HR, and/or training helpful.

Responsibilities

• Analyze prospects' needs and interests, determine appropriate products, and refer to the correct sales partner.
• Present Paychex PEO products to final decision makers and end users to achieve sales goals.
• Sell PEO products remotely to service prospects country-wide.
• Partner with local HR Services Sales Representatives to increase PEO referral opportunities.
• Create, manage, and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce and provide accurate sales activity and forecasts.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on PEO services and processes.
• May travel outside geographic territory for conferences, training, or regional meetings.
