Workit Health is seeking a Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist / Coach to deliver group-based interventions and case management for members with Substance Use Disorders. This full-time, predominantly remote role emphasizes telehealth services, flexible scheduling, and evening/weekend groups to meet patient needs.

You will co-facilitate multidisciplinary groups, manage crisis situations remotely, and document thoroughly per HIPAA and state standards, while remaining aligned with harm

Competenze

• Must have experience facilitating support groups
• At least 1 year of peer recovery experience
• Preferred experience in customer service settings
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records, HIPAA and 42 CFR part II
• Familiarity with addiction recovery
• Enthusiastic dedication to service excellence
• Able to tackle tough support cases, enjoying the challenge of solving new issues.
• Mindfully manage stress and pressure–focusing on what matters most while managing time, and maintaining a positive, calm presence within a start-up environment
• Comfortable in asking for support, help, and guidance as needed
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Energized by working with others
• Aptitude for problem-solving
• Must disclose if you currently run a private practice or start one during employment. Client base for private clients must not be in SUD field. We will require written permission from Supervisor for outside private practice work in which you are a facilitator or co-faciliator.

Mansioni

• Facilitate group sessions on SUD topics and co-facilitate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage crisis interventions remotely.
• Document all activities in accordance with HIPAA and Part II.
• Support adults and adolescents; participate in meetings and audits.
• Respond to member chats, emails, and calls; aim for high member satisfaction.
• Coordinate referrals, resources, and discharges.
