Aspire365 seeks a Peer Recovery Support / Life Coach to assist first responders remotely via telemedicine and in-home visits in a contracted part-time role. You will support clients through their recovery, schedule appointments, and document progress for the Recovery Team.

The ideal candidate is a former first responder or military veteran with HIPAA knowledge, sobriety, and strong communication skills. Training in recovery coaching is required and evenings/weekends are available.

Qualifications

Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and sobriety.
Experience as a first responder or military background.
Recovery coach trainings completed and state requirements maintained.
Able to meet clients in home and provide remote support as needed.

Responsabilités

Schedule own appointments with clients according to their schedule.
Provide support via phone or text on non-face-to-face days.
Help clients complete treatment goals and tasks with guidance from the Addiction Psychiatrist, Nurse and Therapist.
Take clients to group meetings when applicable.
Communicate non-compliance or issues to the Recovery Team and Program Coordinator.
Document required information for Aspire365 or Recovery Team.
