Aspire365 seeks a Part-Time Peer Support / Life Coach to support First Responders through in-home and telemedicine visits in Fulton County, Georgia. This contracted role emphasizes recovery coaching, coordinated care, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

Ideal candidates include former first responders or those with military experience who are comfortable working evenings and weekends, with certifications in life coaching or peer support. Remote and in-home visits are part of the program.

Formación

• Experience as a First Responder and/or experience providing care to first responders.
• Knowledge of state professional and ethical guidelines.
• HIPAA compliance.
• Must live within 30-minute commute of Fulton County, Georgia.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize skills developed through certification to help client through the recovery process.
• Schedule own appointments with the client according to client’s schedule.
• Engage and participate with client in replacement activities.
• Work with the client to complete treatment goals and tasks set by the Addiction Psychiatrist, Nurse and Therapist.
• Communicate to the Recovery Team and Program Coordinator any non-compliance, behavior changes, issues or incidents either witnessed or communicated.
• Help clients build trust, as well as open and honest communication, share life experiences of recovery.
• Take client to group meetings (When applicable).
• Provide client with support via phone or text on days there is not a face-to-face contact.
• Complete any documentation required by Aspire365 or the Recovery Support Team.

Job DescriptionAspire365 is seeking Peer Support / Life Coaches to work with First Responders. This is a contracted part-time position where services are delivered to the client through in-home and telemedicine visits. If you are a caring, dedicated professional who possesses strong communication skills and a true desire to help others, this is the position for you!Aspire365 has a specific mission—to deliver the highest quality evidence-based care to anyone suffering with a substance use disorder. This is accomplished by changing the way treatment is delivered. An intensive evidence-based chronic program to treat a chronic illness.This is a hybrid role. You will meet with your team through digital platforms and coordinate with clients in person in Fulton County, Georgia.The ideal candidate for this role has extensive experience working with First responders in all disciplines and was a first responder themselves.
