1st Call Practice Solutions seeks a Registered Nurse with pediatric experience to join our fully remote triage team. You will perform clinical phone assessments, provide symptom-based guidance, and coordinate care for pediatric patients while collaborating with providers and support staff.

Required: Oregon RN license (multistate alone not enough). At least 3 years in a pediatric physician office; strong communication, decision-making, and EMR skills.

Competenze

• Active Oregon RN license required; multistate license alone does not satisfy this requirement.
• Minimum 3 years of pediatric physician office experience.
• Strong communication, clinical decision-making and patient education skills.
• Experience with pediatric telephone triage protocols (e.g., Schmitt-Thompson) is REQUIRED.
• BSN and remote nursing experience are a plus.

Mansioni

• Conduct telephone assessments and triage pediatric patients using clinical protocols.
• Prioritize care and elevate to physicians as needed.
• Manage prescription refills, referrals, and prior authorizations.
• Educate parents on home care, symptom monitoring, and follow-up instructions.
