Job summary

Blackbird Health in Maryland is seeking a part-time therapist to deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers through virtual and in-person sessions. You will build meaningful relationships, assess needs, support engagement in treatment, and educate families on evidence-based approaches in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in at least one U.S. state.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in Blackbird's operating states (licensure cost covered).
• Minimum 1 year of direct individual therapy with children/adolescents.
• 1 year of telehealth or virtual care experience.
• Must own phone, computer, and reliable internet.
• Available for after-school hours after 3 PM ET.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers in telehealth or in-person formats.
