Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver telehealth OT services to patients across the United States. You will assess, treat, and educate clients, developing plans to improve independence and functional abilities.

This role supports a diverse pediatric caseload (18 months and up) and requires a Master's in OT with active CA license or ability to apply. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Active CA State OT license or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Should be comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth to a diverse caseload.
• Assess patients' needs, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to improve independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance daily living.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Utilize telehealth tools and platforms effectively for sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with OT advances.
