Job summary

All Care Therapies is hiring a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver telehealth OT services to patients across the United States. You will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions, collaborating with families to promote independence and functional gains.

The role requires an OT license (CA or eligibility) and comfort delivering care through our all-inclusive teletherapy platform, with a patient-centered approach and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview; pediatrics (18 months+).

Responsibilities

• Assessments: Conduct evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings.
• Intervention: Provide remote occupational therapy services, including exercises, activities, and interventions to help patients achieve their goals.
• Education: Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence and well-being.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
• Technology: Use telehealth platforms to conduct remote therapy sessions effectively.
• Continuing Education: Stay current with developments in occupational therapy.
