Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Licensed Clinical Assessor to remotely conduct pediatric assessments for the NH CAT program. You will perform telephone and video assessments, determine service levels, and coordinate referrals while maintaining trauma-informed practice and strong documentation.

This remote, EST-aligned role requires licensure and at least 2 years working with children and families, with comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active independent clinical license (LICSW, LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with children, adolescents, youth, and/or families.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and documentation in HIPAA-compliant systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete medical/behavioral health assessments using standardized tools and criteria per contract.
• Conduct assessments via telephone/telehealth to determine needs, eligibility, and level of care; escalate as needed.
• Ensure accurate, confidential documentation of assessment outcomes per Person First and HIPAA guidelines.
