Qualifications

• Licensed clinical license and experience as per contract requirements.
• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Active independent licensure (LICSW/LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT) or comparable.
• New Hampshire licensure and program approvals required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with children and families.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Complete medical and behavioral health assessments using standardized tools.
• Conduct assessments via on-site, video, or telephonic means to determine needs.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and confidentiality.
