Job summary

Maximus seeks a Licensed Clinical Assessor to conduct pediatric assessments by telephone for the NH CAT program in a fully remote capacity.

Responsibilities include completing diagnoses and referrals with trauma-informed clinical judgment, documenting outcomes, and coordinating workload with supervision as needed. Schedule is EST business hours with occasional after-hours depending on needs.

Qualifications

• Specific clinical license and experience requirements based on contract requirements.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or another behavioral health-related discipline.
• Active independent clinical licensure as LICSW, LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT or comparable independently practicing clinician.
• Employment is contingent upon obtaining New Hampshire licensure/credentialing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with children, adolescents, youth, and/or families.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Complete medical and/or behavioral health assessments using standardized tools and criteria per contract requirements.
• Conduct on-site, video, or telephonic assessments to determine service needs and level of care per guidelines.
• Ensure documentation adheres to HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
