Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Licensed Clinical Assessor to support the New Hampshire Assessment for Treatment (NH CAT) program. This fully remote role conducts pediatric clinical assessments by telephone, focusing on trauma-informed care and thorough documentation.

You will independently manage assessments, appointments, and referrals while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00 ET) with potential after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold active independent clinical licensure (LICSW/LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT) or equivalent.
• Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of direct work with children and families.
• Employment contingent upon NH licensure, credentialing, and program approvals.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Complete pediatric clinical assessments by telephone, video, or in person.
• Assess needs, eligibility, and level of care using standardized tools.
• Document assessment outcomes accurately and confidentially.
