Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Licensed Clinical Assessor to remotely conduct pediatric clinical assessments by telephone for the NH CAT program. You will apply trauma-informed judgment, manage assessments and referrals, and maintain accurate documentation while coordinating with families and care teams.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8-4 or 9-5 ET, with occasional after-hours. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, 401(k) with company matching, PTO, tuition reimbursement, wellness resources, and licensure

Qualifications

• Must hold active clinical licensure and meet NH licensure/credentialing requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience with children, adolescents, youth, or families.

Responsibilities

• Complete medical and behavioral health assessments using standardized tools per contract requirements; escalate complex cases.
• Conduct on-site, video, and telephonic assessments to determine needs, eligibility, and level of care with guidance from senior staff.
• Document assessment outcomes accurately in compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
