Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and clerical support in a Value-Based Care environment.
• Accepts and returns calls regarding clinical inquiries.
• Reviews patient schedules to ensure pre-visit preparations are complete.
• Initiates completion of necessary forms for providers.
