Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled pediatric medical group focused on children with complex health care needs. We deliver virtual and in-home care and collaborate with families, providers, and health plans to remove barriers to quality care.

The role is remote with an in-person final interview in Houston, Texas. Shifts are 9:00am-5:30pm or 11:00am-7:30pm Central or Eastern time, focusing on engaging families by phone to enroll them in the Imagine app and schedule visits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in outreach, customer service, or call center with outbound communication.
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize telephonic outreach and engagement strategies to contact families and walk them through downloading the Imagine app and scheduling an enrollment visit.
• Effectively communicate Imagine services and overcome parent/family objections.
• Represent Imagine Pediatrics to parents and families of medically complex children.
• Coordinate with Local Outreach Team to support telephonic outreach to non-engaged and engaged patients.
• Leverage reporting and dashboards to prioritize telephonic outreach to prospective members.
• Successfully meet and/or exceed engagement monthly targets.
