Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to design and support PC-DMIS based inspection programs for machined components. The role emphasizes accurate GD&T representation and robust inspection routines.

You will collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams, assist in training inspectors, and contribute to continuous quality improvements. The position allows remote work with up to 50% travel, primarily within the United States.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of experience in CMM programming using PC-DMIS.
• Must be able to work under ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Design CMM programs for various feature types to ensure robust inspection routines.
• Ensure measurement data and reports align with GD&T standards and documentation.
• Collaborate daily with Quality and Manufacturing engineers to implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Train inspectors on CMM operation, inspection techniques, and standards.
