Job summary

Randstad USA seeks a Quality Assurance CMM Programmer to optimize PC-DMIS inspection routines for complex aerospace components. You will write CMM programs, perform detailed quality inspections, and collaborate with engineering and production to resolve non-conformances while maintaining AS9100/FAA compliance standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of CMM programming with PC-DMIS, 5+ years in technical machining or programming, and strong GD&T and shop-math skills.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on CMM programming using PC-DMIS.
5+ years in technical machining or programming, with 2–3 years in Quality Assurance (aerospace preferred).
Mastery in reading blueprints, interpreting GD&T, and shop math.

Responsibilities

Write, edit, and optimize CMM routines using PC-DMIS for high-precision inspections.
Perform First Article Inspections (AS9102) and verify dimensions with precision tools.
Issue non-conformance reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and reduce scrap.
Support AS9100/FAA compliance and train shop personnel on inspection protocols.
