Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a CMM Programmer to join our quality-focused team. You will design and optimize CMM inspection programs using PC-DMIS to ensure accurate dimensional verification of machined components, from roughed to finished stages.

You will collaborate daily with Quality and Manufacturing engineers, implement corrective actions, and help train inspectors in CMM operation, GD&T standards, and inspection techniques, while ensuring compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations and company

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CMM programming with PC-DMIS.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop CMM programs using PC-DMIS for varied features from roughed to finished parts.
• Ensure accurate GD&T representation of part features.
• Document inspection programs, measurement data locations, reports and non-conformance records.
• Collaborate daily with Quality and Manufacturing engineers and production teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes and inspection procedures.
• Assist in training inspectors on CMM operation and inspection techniques.
