Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to support PC-DMIS-based programming for precision inspection of aerospace components. You will work with a skilled team to develop robust inspection routines, ensure GD&T accuracy, and document measurement data and non-conformances.

The role offers remote work with travel up to 50%. Candidates should have 3+ years of PC-DMIS programming, be ITAR/EAR compliant, and able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CMM programming using PC-DMIS.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• CMM Programming: design PC-DMIS programs for features across parts to ensure robust inspection routines.
• Quality Assurance: ensure accurate representation of part features per GD&T standards.
• Documentation: maintain inspection program docs, data locations, reports, and non-conformances.
• Collaboration: communicate daily with Quality and Manufacturing engineers and production teams.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to enhance quality processes and optimize inspection procedures.
• Training Support: assist in training inspectors on CMM operation and quality standards.
• Compliance: ensure safety, quality regulations and company policies.
• Problem-Solving: use root cause analysis to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
