Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to design and support PC-DMIS programs for machined components, ensuring robust inspection routines across rough, semi-finish, and finished stages.

You will collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing engineers to drive continuous improvement, document inspection results, and train inspectors on CMM operation, GD&T standards, and measurement techniques. This is a remote role with up to 50% travel and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CMM programming using PC-DMIS.
• Ability to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Design PC-DMIS programs for CMMs to inspect machined components across rough, semi-finish, and finished stages.
• Ensure accurate representation of part features in GD&T compliance with standards.
• Maintain documentation of inspection programs, data locations, and non-conformances.
• Collaborate daily with Quality and Manufacturing engineers to identify next steps and corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing inspection procedures.
• Support training for inspectors on CMM operation and measurement techniques.
