Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years proposal writing experience in healthcare.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary proposal writer and project manager for assigned proposals.
• Coordinate, write, edit, and tailor responses to client requirements.
• Maintain and enhance proposal content database with new products and approved content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant submissions.
• Support lower-volume periods with administrative and process-improvement tasks.
