Job summary

VytlOne seeks a Sr. Operations Analyst to implement new client integrations and maintain EDI processing between VytlOne PBM platform and client systems. You will lead complex setups, monitor jobs, resolve data issues and ensure data stays aligned across systems.

The role requires 5+ years in PBM/operations with strong SQL, data analysis and documentation skills. Remote work within the Continental US is offered with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

5+ years of operations analyst or PBM-related experience.
Subject matter expert for file integration processes.
Experience leading complex client integrations and data conversions.
Knowledge of EDI, DBMS data manipulation and data reconciliation.
Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and document customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME on file integration for new and existing clients.
Lead complex client integrations and data conversions across systems.
Monitor batch jobs and file exchanges; resolve data exceptions.
Collaborate with account managers, implementation teams and clients to meet SLAs.
Document processes and share knowledge; support data quality and governance.
