Job summary

Allied Benefit Systems, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to deliver inbound and outbound EDI projects for the Data Operations team. You will monitor files, configure 834 eligibility files, and support data extracts and trading partner maintenance in a fully remote role.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years with ANSI X12 834, solid SQL and Power BI skills, and experience in healthcare data exchange. Strong communication and project coordination abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience with inbound/outbound ANSI X12 834 EDI files
• Working knowledge of data management, data warehousing, and coding languages
• SQL and Power BI with strong MS Office skills
• Experience with healthcare data exchange and EDI processes

Responsibilities

• Participate in outbound file implementation projects, including coordinating timelines and resources.
• Assist with file implementations (claims, eligibility, extracts) and production handoffs.
• Support EDI, claims file, or data extract implementations as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on eligibility and claims issues.
• Monitor file processing status and performance using audit reports and dashboards.
• Support data quality initiatives and maintain documentation and procedures.
