Job summary

Confidential Healthcare Organization is seeking a Senior Healthcare EDI Integration Analyst to serve as the primary technical resource for a high-volume Medicare/Medicaid EDI environment. This remote, contract role focuses on maintaining mission-critical EDI operations and uninterrupted claims processing.

You'll work with TIBCO BC, BW, and Foresight, support 837/835/270/271/276 transactions, and ensure HIPAA compliance while coordinating with trading partners and internal teams to drive reliable

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Healthcare EDI production support experience.
• Hands-on experience with the latest versions of TIBCO BusinessConnect (BC).
• Hands-on experience with the latest versions of TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW).
• Hands-on experience with the latest version of TIBCO Foresight.
• Strong experience supporting Healthcare HIPAA ANSI X12 transactions.
• Required expertise supporting 837 Healthcare Claims transactions.
• Experience supporting 835, 270, 271, and 276 transaction sets.
• Medicare and Medicaid EDI processing experience.
• Healthcare claims reconciliation experience.
• Experience troubleshooting production EDI environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor Healthcare EDI production operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transaction failures, focusing on 837/835/270/271/276.
• Support TIBCO BC/BW/Foresight integrations and stability.
• Participate in claims reconciliation and testing activities.
• Coordinate with trading partners and external vendors.
• Maintain up-to-date operational documentation and procedures.
• Explore AI opportunities to improve EDI performance while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
