Job summary

VytlOne seeks a Sr. Operations Analyst (Finance) to lead client integrations and maintain EDI processing across PBM platforms. You will serve as SME for integration setup, data loading, job monitoring, and data issue resolution, keeping eligibility and accumulators in sync between systems.

Remote work across the Continental US is supported. Qualified candidates have PBM/claims processing experience, strong SQL/Excel skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive PBM/operations experience.
• Subject matter expert on file integration processes for new/existing clients.
• Knowledge of EDI, DBMS, data manipulation and analysis.
• Advanced PBM operations knowledge and ability to learn new applications.
• Strong problem solving, data interpretation and requirement gathering.

Responsibilities

• Implement new clients and maintain EDI processing.
• Lead complex client integrations and data conversions.
• Perform data reconciliation across systems and counterparties.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to resolve issues.
• Document customer requirements and ensure service standards are met.
