Heritage Vet Partners is seeking a Business Integration Analyst to work with the executive leadership team to analyze business needs and design a system to efficiently transfer information between multiple parties. Responsibilities include supporting integration activities such as inventory and sales price management, ETL, EDI reporting, customer rebate processing, and data transfers.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Previous clinic experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
• Solutions oriented: wants to get things done right and ahead of schedule.
• Ability to quickly acquire a deep understanding of ERP and other business systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• 2-4 years of post-high school education and/or 2 years of experience in a business analyst position.

Responsibilities

• Execute data investigation to interrogate the state of client's current systems.
• Participate in client data mapping sessions.
• Gather user feedback on accuracy, efficiency, and functionality of the system.
• Adjust and customize the system based on user feedback.
• Coordinate efforts with project managers and team.
• Contribute to updating repeatable, templated project methodologies.
• Ability to travel to clinics for systems training, up to 25% of the time.
