Job summary

Heritage Vet Partners is recruiting a Business Integration Analyst to join our growing team. You will work with the executive leadership to analyze business needs and design systems that transfer data efficiently between multiple parties.

Responsibilities include supporting integration activities such as inventory and sales price management, ETL, EDI reporting, and customer rebate processing, with potential remote work options and travel to clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
• 2-4 years post-high school education and/or 2 years experience in a business analyst position.
• Ability to travel to clinics up to 25%.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Solutions oriented; gets things done right, and ahead of schedule.
• Ability to quickly acquire a deep understanding of ERP and other business systems.
• Previous clinic experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute data investigation to interrogate the state of client’s current systems.
• Participate in client data mapping sessions.
• Gather user feedback on accuracy, efficiency, and functionality of the system.
• Adjust and customize the system based on user feedback.
• Coordinate efforts with project managers and team.
• Contribute to updating repeatable, templated project methodologies.
• Travel to clinics for systems training up to 25% of the time.
