Job summary

SlateRx is seeking an Account Manager to support post-sale client success, interfacing with Clients, Account Executives, Sales, Operations and Finance. You will assist with daily activities, escalation research, data reporting, and implementation support to ensure customers achieve their stated goals.

You will engage with client contracts, rebates, invoicing and reporting, and participate in ongoing customer relationship management to drive satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring deliverables.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams for client success.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationship with assigned PBM clients.
• Understand contracts, rebates, invoicing, and reporting.
• Complete reporting and data requirements for clients and team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention of assigned clients.
• Maintain understanding of business challenges faced by customers.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Assist with new client implementations and documentation upkeep.
• Travel to client sites for Open Enrollment or Benefit Fairs as needed.
