Job summary

WellDyneRx is seeking an Account Manager to own the service experience for assigned client accounts and support the Account Team by coordinating with internal partners. You will act as a primary liaison, monitor issue resolution, and educate customers and their staff on PBM programs.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, plan management, and timely responses. A minimum of 2 years in account management and PBM industry experience is required, with ongoing learning encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field is desired or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 2 years account management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years PBM industry experience.
• Ongoing learning in the pharmacy benefit management industry and product knowledge development.

Responsibilities

• Own the service experience of clients and ensure issues are resolved promptly and accurately.
• Manage overall client relationships including implementation, renewals, and communications.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand client needs and support goals with company programs.
• Provide education on PBM topics and industry trends to clients and internal teams.
• Track KPIs and prepare reports to assess service effectiveness and identify improvements.
