Intuit is seeking a Senior Payroll Tax Processor to resolve payroll tax issues across notices, corrections, amendments, and Pay & File. You will handle high-volume cases with strong independence and mentor colleagues while expanding your technical depth.

The role emphasizes accurate tax filings, research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Flexible hours and virtual service are offered to support Intuit customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience resolving state and federal payroll tax notices.
• Experience preparing Form 941‑X and state amendments.
• Strong understanding of payroll tax law, deposits, and penalties.
• Proficiency with payroll platforms and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle payroll tax case work for assigned accounts and ensure compliance.
• Independently research and resolve complex notices and prepare agency responses.
• Prepare amended payroll tax returns (Federal and state) on complex cases.
• Document workflow, maintain case trails, and meet SLA deadlines.
• Collaborate with Corrections, Amendments, and Pay & File teams; mentor staff.
