Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Payroll Specialist to support the Payroll Manager and HR leadership. This role offers hybrid or remote work arrangements and requires experience with Workday Payroll and ADP. You will ensure accurate timecard review, collaborate for timely payroll cycles, and maintain data confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations. NetSuite experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience including an understanding of multi-state payroll.
• Proficiency with Excel and experience with Workday Payroll.
• Experience with third-party payroll providers and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review timecard data prior to payroll submission and investigate errors.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure timely payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
