Job summary

REPAY is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage full cycle payroll for U.S. (multi-state) and Canada, supporting a large employee base.

You will process semi-monthly payroll, oversee time-tracking and PTO, and coordinate with HR, Finance, and Accounting to ensure accurate payroll records. The role requires 2+ years of full cycle payroll experience, proficiency with ADP and Workday Time Tracking, strong communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience processing full cycle payroll.
• Experience with ADP and Workday Payroll and Time Tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process full cycle U.S. (multi-state) and Canada semi-monthly payroll for ~1,100 employees.
• Oversee Time Tracking corrections and PTO processing.
• Assist with garnishments and payroll tax registrations.
• Prepare payroll analyses and journal entries for accounting.
• Serve as primary contact for employee payroll inquiries.
