Nova 401k Associates, in collaboration with AMP, is seeking an AMP Specialist to support payroll and record-keeping tasks from a Houston area/remote-friendly setup. The role offers paid training, a 40-hour work week, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include payroll submissions, census prep, and coordination of notices, with opportunities for overtime and career growth within a national firm. A diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll file submission at various record-keepers
• Perform force out and RMD determination and processing
• Prepare annual and mid-year census files
• Prepare notice packages and mailing coordination
• Prepare contribution reconciliations
• Confirm payment of various participant transactions
• Assist with data entry for new plans
• Assist with other projects as required
• Perform Payroll and Distribution Review
• Provide Account Manager Support
