Nova 401(k) Associates, headquartered in Houston, TX, is seeking an experienced HR Manager/Generalist for a fully remote role. The position supports HR and benefit matters, manages projects, and maintains confidential information while aligning with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include benefits and 401(k) administration, training program development, and policy maintenance. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and at least five years of HR Generalist experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Minimum five years' experience as an HR Generalist.
• Benefits and payroll experience a plus; Paylocity experience a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise good judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to HR generalists and management on complex questions and tasks; may involve accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
• Create learning and development programs for internal opportunities.
• Manage benefits and 401(k) administration, including renewal and open enrollment.
• Coordinate annual performance reviews and salary increases.
• Develop training programs, including management training.
• Ensure compliance with laws and best practices in benefits programs.
• Stay current with HR and benefits regulations and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain Nova 401(k) Associates Employee Handbook.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to optimize HR reporting and structure.
• Perform related duties as required.
