Nova 401(k) Associates seeks an Associate Account Manager to begin January 2027 in Houston. You will support clients with 401(k) issues over the phone, handle census questions, Form 5500 submissions, and related plan questions while participating in paid training.

The role offers paid credential support, advancement opportunities toward QKA, and a five‑day work week in our Houston office, with potential hybrid setup after probation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Customer service experience a plus.
• Excellent written and professional email communication.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; computer literate.
• Knowledge of VOIP systems is a plus.
• Help desk experience a plus.
• Committed to lifelong learning and coachable.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a high level of client service for team-based Solo(k) Services; client base not assigned.
• Manage and prioritize workload toward weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment.
• Consult with clients regarding plan operation, design, and upgrading platforms.
• Follow-up by phone with clients about missing items.
• Assist clients via phone, video conference, or email with census submission issues and Form 5500 submissions.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure a positive client experience.
• Document all client interactions in the workflow management system.
• Assist with training and balance workloads to receive well‑rounded training.
• Work toward obtaining an industry designation.
