Job summary

Prince William County Government is seeking a Fiscal Specialist to manage payroll entries for the current payroll cycle using Oracle Cloud HCM and Mobius. The role supports the bi-weekly payroll run, answers payroll questions, reconciles accounts, and forwards files to vendors in a fast-paced environment serving ~7,000 employees.

This full-time, telework-eligible position requires a high school diploma or GED with payroll experience; preferred are an associate degree and CPP designation, plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 3 years payroll processing experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Mobius payroll system.
• Strong Excel skills and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Enter changes for pay for the current payroll cycle.
• Support the bi-weekly payroll run.
• Answer questions concerning payroll and reconcile accounts.
• Send files and payments to vendors; perform other fiscal/accounting support tasks.
