Job summary

Eurofins USA is hiring a Payroll Specialist to manage weekly and biweekly US payrolls using Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP. The role focuses on garnishments, off-cycle payments, and year-end reporting, with opportunities to assist in integrating new companies.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of payroll experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid remote option available in the Lancaster, PA area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of payroll administration experience.
• ️
• Experience with Multi-State Payrolls.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of the weekly/bi-weekly payroll process, including garnishments and off-cycle payments.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll issues and inquiries for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud to complete payroll tasks.
• Handle year-end reporting via Oracle and ADP (W-2, W-2C).
• Assist with planning and integration of new companies.
• Recommend improvements to payroll systems and processes.
• Ensure safe and efficient payroll operations; maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Promote GMP/GLP and the company vision.
