Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll preferred.
• Experience with Paycom preferred.
• Excel and Word proficiency required.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and discretion.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and transmit multi-state payrolls on established schedules.
• Process regular payrolls, quarterly commissions, bonuses, and PTO payouts.
• Audit payroll information for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and process special payment files for commissions and bonuses.
• Maintain payroll reports and HRIS records.
• Manage 401(k) contributions and garnishments.
• Support payroll system enhancements and integrations.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and audits.
• Collaborate with internal departments on payroll reporting.
