T3 Services Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to manage weekly and bi-weekly payroll across the organization. This fully remote role requires sharp attention to detail, the ability to handle tight deadlines, and expertise in complex pay structures.

Your work will include auditing wages, commissions, and deductions, maintaining accurate payroll records, and ensuring multi-state compliance. A minimum of 3+ years in payroll and strong Excel skills are essential, with ServiceTitan/ADP

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience or equivalent
• Experience with performance-based compensation (commission, piece-rate, hourly, blended)
• Payroll for 300+ employees is a plus
• Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
• Multi-state payroll and payroll tax experience is a plus
• Remote work experience and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and confidentially.
• Audit and calculate wages, commissions, and other compensation structures.
• Review timecards, sales data, deductions, and benefits for accuracy.
• Maintain payroll records for hires, terminations, and changes.
• Audit A/R and operational data that affect payroll.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll and tax requirements.
• Prepare year-end payroll reporting (W-2s, ACA).
• Generate recurring and ad-hoc payroll reports for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and Operations to resolve discrepancies.
