Job summary

Be The Match in Minneapolis is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support accurate, timely, and compliant biweekly multi-state payroll processing. You will review data, resolve discrepancies, and support reporting and audits, collaborating with Benefits, Finance, and HR leadership.

Required experience with Oracle Time and Labor and ADP Workforce Now; strong Excel/HCM skills and CPP or FPC certification are valued. This role focuses on payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance across states.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of payroll and tax experience, including multi-state payroll processing.
CPP or FPC certification (active or inactive).

Responsibilities

Process, audit, and reconcile payroll data to ensure accurate payments and on-schedule processing.
Review timekeeping, deductions, taxes, garnishments, direct deposits for accuracy and compliance.
Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and data analysis to support audits and leadership decisions.
Maintain payroll records and support year-end activities including W-2 review and tax form review.
Collaborate with Benefits, Finance, HR leadership to ensure payroll changes are accurate and aligned with policy.
Monitor payroll processes for efficiency and support system testing and validation.
