Jobgether SRL seeks a senior payroll specialist to manage multi-state payroll processing and ensure timely payments. You will review data, handle deductions, and respond to employee inquiries.

Remote work is offered with a flexible schedule; this role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and collaboration with HR and Finance to maintain compliant payroll records across locations.

Competenze

• At least five years of professional payroll experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax rules, and multi-state compliance.
• Experience with UKG or Workday payroll systems.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze payroll data accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and maintaining accurate payroll records.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; investigate discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; collaborate across departments.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong time-management in a remote work environment.

Mansioni

• Process payroll for employees across multiple states and locations, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and payroll taxes in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Review payroll data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before processing.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally.
• Manage payroll deductions, tax withholdings, wage garnishments, and other payroll-related adjustments.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare accurate payroll reports for internal review and financial reporting.
• Support payroll audits, year-end processing, and related compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records while protecting confidential and sensitive information.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance teams to investigate and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll procedures, systems, and workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
