The ideal candidate has strong numerical, organizational, and communication skills and can handle confidential information while supporting payroll audits, reports, and cross‑functional collaboration. Annual rate: $85,000–$125,000; remote or hybrid options may be available.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or HR.
• 1–3 years of payroll administration or related experience.
• Strong numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll software.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Assist with processing employee payroll including wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Review timesheets and attendance for accuracy.
• Maintain and update payroll records and payment information.
• Verify payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries about pay statements and schedules.
• Support administration of tax forms and benefits deductions.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow payroll policies.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll audits and reporting compliance.
• Monitor deadlines and suggest workflow improvements.
