Job summary

Eis group usa is seeking a Payroll Clerk for a full-time contract role. You will support accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain payroll records, and assist with inquiries and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of payroll, accounting, or related experience.
• Basic understanding of payroll processing, wage calculations, deductions and taxes.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify employee payroll information including hours, overtime, bonuses, deductions.
• Review timesheets and payroll documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter and maintain payroll data in payroll and HR systems.
• Assist with regular payroll cycles and year-end payroll activities.
• Calculate wages, deductions, taxes, benefits, and adjustments.
